At Wedding Bands For Her/Them, we want your symbol of commitment to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized jewelry. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or a size replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid, insured shipping label to ensure your jewelry is protected during transit.

  Package Your Band

  Place the ring in its original velvet box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope along with your original packing slip.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality assurance team verifies the condition of the piece, your refund or new size will be processed within 5-7 business days.
